From City of Houston, Bureau of Animal Regulation and Care
Hi, my name is Jelly! Iâm a very spunky little kitty with a big personality. Iâm always the first of my siblings to go out and explore, and I love romping around and playing with my brothers. One of my favorite things to do is roll onto my back and play with my toes!Want to meet me? Email [email protected] to learn more about Jelly!
