From Fort Wayne Animal Care and Control
Check out what Jasper's foster family said about him:`Jasper is a sweet and sassy boy that loves his kibble and playing with toys. He is very clear about his boundaries and has a great balance of independence and affection. Jasper is curious and observant; he likes to know whatâs going on whether it is happening inside or outside. Cleanliness and hydration are among his top priorities; heâll never turn down a drink of water from the tap!`
In the rescue's own words, as they published it.
How adopting JASPER works
Fort Wayne Animal Care and Control decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
