You can meet other HALO kitties every Saturday and Sunday, 10:00am-1:30pm, at Pet Food Express, 5829 Lone Tree Way, Antioch (near Best Buy) except for the 3rd Sat of the month). How adopting Jasper works
Homeless Animals' Lifeline Organization H.A.L.O. decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
