From Panhandle Animal Welfare Society
Secret AdmirerIris has been described as a lump under a blanket, a speed bump in the kitchen, a couch pillow that I didn't realize was alive. Iris has had her heartbroken in the past and is doing her best to learn to love again. Her therapist said `Just because something is new doesn't mean it's not safe`, it's been hard following that advice.
In the rescue's own words, as they published it.
How adopting IRIS works
Panhandle Animal Welfare Society decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
