From Ventura County Animal Regulation
Iâm the loving, magical aunt who tries to make life fun. I am a bit skittish at first so I need to go slow with new things. Everything I find can be a great toy. It did take us a while to let go of that potion, the sweet elixir of life (bottles of kitten milk). Now I eat ProPlan kitten wet & dry and I use pellet litter, with boxes close by. Life with me will be practically magic.
In the rescue's own words, as they published it.
How adopting *FRANCES works
Ventura County Animal Regulation decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
