From Mid Hudson Animal Aid

Hi! My name is Eris. I am a beautiful young girl who was found as a stray in Westchester County. A kind volunteer rescued me and brought me to MHAA to find my forever home! I am so sweet and can be a bit shy at first, but I warm up quickly. Unlike many cats, I prefer it when you pet and scratch my back half instead of my head - I roll around in my cat bed and I am so happy! Once you meet me, you will fall in love. I am positive for FIV, and the staff can give you more information about that. I get along well with other cats, and can live with cats who do not have FIV as long as they also get along with others. You can come meet me anytime Wednesday through Monday between 12-4pm, no appointment needed (Tuesdays we are open by appointment only). For more information, please contact Mid Hudson Animal Aid at (845) 831-4321 or send an email to [email protected]. You can complete the adoption application when you visit, or submit this form online: http://www.midhudsonanimalaid.org/adoption-application-2/

In the rescue's own words, as they published it.

How adopting Eris works

Mid Hudson Animal Aid decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
