From Perry County Humane Society of Illinois
Cosmo is a sweet scared young man who really does not enjoy living in the shelter. He's going to need a home with patient humans who will give him the time he needs to adjust and get comfortable.
In the rescue's own words, as they published it.
How adopting COSMO works
Perry County Humane Society of Illinois decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
