From Project Hope Animal
Meet Frannie! She is a playful and affectionate explorer who loves to greet you at the door the moment you come home. She enjoys playing with her cat toys, and then finding a sunny spot to relax and do some bird watching. Frannie is currently living with her mom, Faith, and the two share a special bond. They will need to find a forever home together. Please consider giving these two deserving kitties a loving home and apply to adopt at projecthopearf.org
In the rescue's own words, as they published it.
