Candace is a Torti rescued from Lake Balboa where she was probably dumped by her owner. Candace is shy, but sweet. Once she knows you, she is a big love bug. She is our longest resident at the rescue and ready to find her forever home! Come and meet Candace at our Cage-free rescue center in Westlake Village

In the rescue's own words, as they published it.

How adopting Candace works

Valley Cats, Inc. decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
