From Eleventh Hour Rescue

Bitsy, a cute tiny girl who was told she needed to be put down in florida. Brought all the way to New Jersey and with 11th hours help she defied those odds! Now she spends all her time playing and jumping and talking. She loves cuddling on your lap and being pet. Sweetest baby there is. If interested, submit an adoption application at EHRcats.org.

In the rescue's own words, as they published it.

How adopting Bitsy works

Eleventh Hour Rescue decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
