From Animal Rescue Carolina, Inc.
Billy has the best markings! It’ll probably take time for him to warm up to you, but once he does, he’s very friendly and will enjoy your company. Billy is good at setting boundaries and will let you know if you do something he doesn’t care for. He is in a foster home with several other cats and tends to be cat-selective. Come meet her at our adoption events on Saturdays from 12-4 at PetSmart on Harbison! e-mail us at [email protected] with any questions or to request an application.

How adopting Billy works
Animal Rescue Carolina, Inc. decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
