Big’s Story Our beautiful panther boy was once adopted into a loving home where he bonded instantly and deeply with his adoptive mom. Life was perfect… until a devastating accident changed everything. About a month after adoption, Big’s adoptive dad, who is over 6’4”, accidentally dropped him from that height, and Big landed on his back. He wasn’t physically injured, but emotionally, everything shifted. Big became fearful, especially when his mom left for work, and was too overwhelmed to be around dad, who worked from home. His once-bright spark dimmed, and with heartbreak, his mom made the loving and selfless decision to return him to his foster home so he could heal. Back in foster care, the transition brought…
