Meet Bacon — Small But MIGHTY! Bacon and her three siblings—Bagel, Brioche, and Butter—have a story that could have ended very differently. They arrived at the shelter far too young, scared, dirty, starving, and very sick with an upper respiratory infection. Their eyes were so goopy they could barely see, and they were having trouble breathing. Because they were so young and sick in an overcrowded shelter, they were placed on the euthanasia list. But then a volunteer stepped up to foster! We were able to rescue these babies just a couple of hours before they were scheduled to be euthanized, and with some much-needed love and medical care, they transformed. Now they're healthy, happy, playful, and finally getting the chance to show everyone just how special they are. Bacon may be the smallest of the Breakfast Club, but somebody forgot to tell her that she's supposed to act like it! This tiny girl is small but mighty and can absolutely hold her own in a wrestling match. Her favorite opponent? Her enormous brother, Butter. Despite being the biggest and smallest kittens in the litter, these two are constantly finding each other for another round of their very serious “mortal combat.”…

In the rescue's own words, as they published it.

How adopting Bacon works

Forever Fortunate Felines decides every adoption: its application, its fee, its home check and its timing. Everybarn only shows this animal on the rescue's behalf, takes no payment and passes no messages.
