Alison began life outdoors at a local water park in Oxford, where she and her siblings were born to a feral mama. The entire family was eventually safely captured. Mama was spayed through TNR and returned to her familiar territory because she was not socialized to people, but her kittens were young enough to be offered a completely different life. Alison entered a loving foster home, where she learned that people weren’t something to fear. With patience, handling, playtime, and plenty of affection, this little girl blossomed into a genuine love bug. Today, Alison enjoys human companionship and has even been socialized around small children. She has traded the uncertainty of outdoor life for toys, cuddles, and all the comforts of being a beloved house cat. Now she just needs the one thing foster care was preparing her for: a permanent family. Alison has already made an incredible journey from a kitten born to a feral mama to a sweet, affectionate companion. She’s ready to spend the rest of her life showing her forever family just how much love she has to give.
